Join the Downtown YMCA for Sculpt at the Downtown Green in Gene Leahy Mall! Sculpt class is a total-body workout that combines the flow of yoga with the intensity of strength training. Using light weights, bodyweight movements, this class builds strength, while keeping the mindful foundations of yoga. Participants can expect intervals of high intensity cardio and strength training to create a fitness training experience. This class will improve participants’ overall fitness, agility, speed and athleticism in the high intensity class. Modifications can be made for all fitness levels but be prepared to push yourself! A consent form is required for participation in the class. You can fill one out online via the link before your class. Join us in celebrating Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders month at The RiverFront! For the whole month of May, visit the Arches Playground for a Story Walk to learn more about the historical and cultural contribution of Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in the United States.
