Get Fit In the Park with Healing Tender Hearts!  Get Fit will help inspire weekly Sunday workouts that focus on cardio, mental health, fitness, with laughter, smiles, and togetherness.  This event will take place at the Performance Pavilion in Gene Leahy Mall!

Join the Downtown YMCA for Total Body Conditioning at the Downtown Green in Gene Leahy Mall! Participants can expect intervals of high intensity cardio and strength training to create a fitness training experience. This class will improve participants’ overall fitness, agility, speed and athleticism in the high intensity class. Modifications can be made for all fitness levels but be prepared to push yourself! A consent form is required for participation in the class. You can fill one out online via the link before your class. Soccer Shots is bringing the fun to The RiverFront with a free, 30 minute soccer experience for children ages 2 to 5.
