AVA 50th Anniversary Celebration with the Nebraska Trailblazers
It’s the America's Walking Club (American Volkssport Association) 50th Anniversary and we're celebrating at The RiverFront! Visit the 11th St. Promenade to visit with the Nebraska Trailblazers to pick up a fun gift during the College World Series to celebrate the day.
Leahy Mall Yacht Club
Bring your remote control boat or just stop by and watch others enjoy the Boat Cove at Gene Leahy Mall. The Boat Cove is located at 10th and Farnam Street under the bridge area.
Boat Cart
The RiverFront Boat Cart is here! The Boat Cart provides free remote controlled boats for everyone to enjoy. Adults and kids are invited to check out a boat to use in our boat cove, then return it once they are done using it. The Boat Cart will be located by the Boat Cove!
Celebrating Flag Day with the National Parks Service
Flag Day represents the date in 1777 when the Continental Congress approved our nation's symbolic banner. Our nation's flag has changed over time while still maintaining a similar theme. What flag may have been used by Lewis and Clark on their expedition of the west? What other flags are represented in the area. Join us on the Riverfront with some information and examples of area flags including a replica of what may have been flown on the Corp of Discovery Expedition.Â

Get Fit In the Park with Healing Tender Hearts! Get Fit will help inspire weekly Sunday workouts that focus on cardio, mental health, fitness, with laughter, smiles, and togetherness. This event will take place at the Performance Pavilion in Gene Leahy Mall!
