Join the Downtown YMCA for Total Body Conditioning at the Downtown Green in Gene Leahy Mall! Participants can expect intervals of high intensity cardio and strength training to create a fitness training experience. This class will improve participants’ overall fitness, agility, speed and athleticism in the high intensity class. Modifications can be made for all fitness levels but be prepared to push yourself! A consent form is required for participation in the class. You can fill one out online via the link before your class. Gene Leahy Mall will feature a different animal each week! Come interact with, touch, and learn about these cute and cuddly animals. This week's animal will be on hand at the 11th Street Promenade east of the Performance Pavilion.
