Couch to 5K with the Nebraska Trailblazers

Have you been keeping cool on your couch all summer? Now is the time to kick it up and get ready for those fall walks. Join the Nebraska Trailblazers in a Couch to 5K walking program. For three mornings a week for six weeks, they will have you all ready to walk your first 5K walk. Join them at 9 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the Arch in Gene Leahy Mall at 11th & Farnam.
