Class begins in seated warm up and progresses to standing exercises that challenge stability and balance. Guests will utilize fitness circles and resistance bands to further challenge the small\, deep stabilizing muscles of body. Pilates focuses on spinal health and is a mindfulness practice\, using intentional breath to connect the mind and body. Unwind from your week and bring in the calmness of the water.
